Furniture Installation
Patriot's installation professionals are certified by most major manufacturers of systems furniture and case goods. They have the resources to complete any project quickly and efficiently, regardless of task size. Their installers are uniformed, making them easily identifiable while on-site, and always mindful and courteous of the facilities they work in. Currently, many trucks and several crews are servicing the GTA, and Ontario, to accommodate any service requirements.
Preventative Mainenance Programs
Patriot's PMP program strives to make your furniture look and function as impressively today as the day you first purchased it. Consider this a furniture “tune-up". A typical maintenance program includes panel levelling and straightening, fabric cleaning, repair or replacement, lock inspection and repair, all doors checked for level and locking, smooth operation of all drawer slides and door hinges, file cabinet levelling and lock inspection, paint touch-ups, wood touch-ups, pneumatic lift inspection, service and repair, full chair inspection and repair, and also a report for manufacturer warranty issues. Their uniformed staff can perform all services after hours of business to ensure there is no disruption in the workplace, if necessary.
Office Moves and Maintenance
Patriot's safety-trained and insured move team is experienced in commercial office relocations. Patriot works directly with your company's move coordinator to ensure your business is moved quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. All packaging requirements for relocation are included; Patriot only uses 100% recycled plastic moving bins, labels, and bubble wrap.
Panel and Upholstry Cleaning
Over time, fabrics become dusty and soiled. Patriot can restore your workstation panels and seating using state-of-the-art equipment to remove accumulated dust and stains for a cleaner and more appealing environment.
Electrostatic Painting
Filing cabinets can be altered in a cost-effective manner by electrostatic painting. Cabinets can be refinished in any desired colour and can have a bonded finish that creates a "like new" appearance. This can be done on your premises or off-site in a clean and environmentally-friendly way.
